Pilotage and berths

Compulsory from 50 m in the Bundaberg pilotage area. Marina capacity is listed at 40 m, with a 75 t lift. Hervey Bay, to the south, has a designated cruise-ship anchorage off Kingfisher Bay wharf that takes any size of superyacht; Great Sandy Marine Park zoning applies.

For yachts over 40 m we usually recommend clearing at Brisbane or Gladstone instead; ask us which fits your route. ASY handles clearance and berthing here. Talk to us or email us.
