Two superyachts berthed side by side at a Sydney wharf

How we charge

An agreed agency fee, costs at cost, and one account.

Superyacht agency should not be a mystery bill at the end of a visit. This is how we work.

1. An agreed agency fee

Before we start, we agree our fee with you for the scope of the visit: clearance only, a set period in port, or a full season. If the scope changes, we tell you and agree the change before the work is done.

2. Third-party costs at cost

Berths, fuel, pilots, government charges and suppliers are passed through at cost. Every disbursement comes with the supplier’s invoice, so you can see exactly what was paid and to whom.

3. One account

However many suppliers and ports are involved, the yacht deals with one account and one point of contact. That makes life easier for the captain on board and for the management company’s accounts team.
