Information, not advice

The information on this site, including the Australia port-by-port guide, is general information about bringing a foreign superyacht to Australia. It is compiled with care from government, port authority and industry sources and carries a “last reviewed” date, but rules, fees and thresholds change and some points are unsettled. It is not legal, tax, customs or navigational advice, and it does not replace the current instruments of the relevant authority, the advice of a licensed pilot, or professional advice for your yacht. Confirm the current position with us or with the authority before relying on it.

No liability for reliance

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Our services

Yacht agency services are provided under a separate agreement with the yacht or her owner or manager, on the terms agreed at the time. Information on this site about our services is an invitation to enquire, not an offer.
