- To answer your enquiry and provide yacht agency services.
- To keep records of our dealings with you and the yacht, as our professional and legal obligations require.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services: with the authorities and service providers involved in a yacht’s visit (for example border, biosecurity and port authorities, marinas, pilots and suppliers), with our professional advisers, and with the providers of the systems we use to run the business, such as our customer relationship management system, email and website hosting. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and, where enabled, for our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and website analytics (Google Analytics). WhatsApp and email
If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, and we keep the conversation as part of our records of your enquiry.
