AGENCY
With its exclusive strategic partnership with Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS), ASYS offers first class agency support to cruising superyachts via a network of offices in most ports throughout Australia and New Zealand; unlike any other ‘single port specific’ superyacht agent in the region. Agency services offered include all customs, immigration and quarantine issues, electronic crew visas, charter registration, duty free fuel, customs clearance on spare parts, freight forwarding and assistance with the reimbursement of GST (VAT) on eligible port costs, repairs, refit and sundry expenses.
CENTRALISED ACCOUNTING
We provide streamlined accounting services that will assist you as you move around the country, from port to port, paying your invoices as you go, and when you depart Australia, a simplified GST reimbursement process for applicable expenses.
CONCIERGE
ASYS provides local knowledge and support at a concierge level during your visit to each region. As you cruise to different parts of Australasia, you will be looked after by our expert team who are made up of experienced superyacht industry professionals who are passionate about their local regions.
FUEL
We provide competitive rates for diesel fuel and lubricants in all ports in Australia through our strategic partnerships with Australia’s main fuel suppliers.
LOW COST
Run by experienced large-superyacht captains and superyacht industry identities, ASYS is acutely aware of the budgetary demands placed on captains in managing their vessels and will tailor the service to meet your budget requirements. We provide as little or as much service as you require, on a cost plus basis; from simple berth and pilotage bookings, to daily support, fuel sales and full provisioning if necessary. We guarantee to offer competitive agency rates without compromising service.
